The third day of Art in the Open 2014, I left the fountain for another artist to use, and quickly came up with an alternate project using the FWW's walkways. Here the rescued Schuylkill River balls are stuffed into the railing or held on with their existing magnets. The spectrum of balls seems to flow downhill to the storm drain at the bottom of the walkway. Stormwater runoff is how those balls got in the river in the first place.
