The first day of Philadelphia's Art in the Open 2014 brought strong wind and rains. My 100+ rescued Schuylkill River balls did not spread out across the fountain at the Fairmount Water Works as anticipated. Most of them had rare earth magnets glued to them. They were supposed to clump together and form molecules, preferably in the shape of H2O.
