RESCUE H2O (2)
The second day of Art in the Open 2014 was sunny, but the wind was still blowing the balls to one side. Some H2O molecules did form, like this one. All balls had been rescued by me over the previous year, from the Schuylkill River. They had gotten there by stormwater runoff. Some of them had mold on them that didn't come off from soap and water scrubbing.
